Adverse weather - our service and emergency out of hours repairs
Our service to customers on Monday 11 January 2010 during adverse weather conditions.
As at 8am on Monday 11 January 2010, all our offices will be open.
Staff - all offices are open and operations have returned to normal. If you are experiencing any difficulties reaching the office please contact your line manager.
Offices closures - None.
Repairs call centre - will operate a normal service. The call centre will open from 9am and will close at 5pm and customers should report all repairs using the following numbers:
